List of recognized operators

The level achieved by each operator is described below through a simple scale of certified skills.
There are four levels: Qualified operator, Specialized operator, Master, Grand Master.

This operator is able to make a pair of realistic prostheses or a single prosthesis necessary for unilateral mastectomy. In the case of a single prosthesis, a qualified operator is able to create a product very similar to the areola / nipple complex existing on the other breast, and he is also able to make the definitive casts which will then be inserted into the nipple bank. Anyone who wants to donate the shape of their nipple and make it available for a mastectomized woman can get in touch with our contact person. The licensed operator has completed the regular BASE Xtrude course of studies and is constantly updated through an official WhatsApp group.

This operator, on top of having all the skills of a licensed operator, has an advanced and certified level of technical knowledge. The specialized operator also has the ability to build aesthetic prostheses for covering hypertrophic (hollowed out) scars that often result from a mastectomy, and also has advanced skills on the coloring of the prostheses. As a consequence (in the case of unilateral mastectomy) he has a greater chance of generating a single prosthesis that is extremely similar to the areola / nipple complex present on the other breast. These colors are also more resistant over time and the solid structure of the prostheses (periareolar edge, back) are such that they can make a prosthesis last longer. In addition to the regular BASE Xtrude course of study, the specialist operator has also carried-out a specialization course called “Laboratory”, and is constantly updated through an official WhatsApp group.

This operator has qualified and specialized skills, he has refined the Xtrude technique, individually improving and deepening his knowledge. In addition to being able to create excellent prostheses, he is able to teach the Xtrude method to other aspiring practitioners. For this reason he is authorized to issue certificates of “Qualified Operator” and “Specialized Operator”.

He may carry out recognized training course individually, at his own studio or (at his discretion) also at the applicant’s home.
Masters have a page dedicated to them on the official Xtrude website for direct contact and viewing of their work and curriculum. In addition to the regular BASE Xtrude study plan, the Master also holds a specialization course called “Laboratory”, as well as a specific exam with a Grand Master. Moreover, masters are constantly updated through an official WhatsApp group

The highest level one can achieve in the Xtrude world. Grand Masters represent the excellence of this method, i.e. operators able to create the best available prostheses on the market. Having taken the entire course of BASIC and ADVANCED studies, this operator has succeeded in a double evaluation exam while also distinguishing himself for particular professional, national and international merits.

These operators are able to generate their own working techniques, alternative and experimental methods for the creation of advanced Xtrude prostheses. They can also perform group courses not only at their home but also within health or congress facilities. Grand Masters may deliver all types of certifications and may generate other masters. Each province can have only one Grand Master (except for high density provinces).

The Grand Master has a dedicated page on the official Xtrude website for direct contact and viewing of his works and curriculum. Moreover, all Grand Masters are constantly updated through an official WhatsApp group.

Authorized Operator
